I would not advise any new patients to register at Wayside since it cannot cope with the existing workload, there are no more appointment available after less than 10 minutes of opening the phone lines!
the clinical care is excellent.

Receptionists are very helpful and always superb.

The practice has improved significantly.
Suggestion a facility for patients to click a system that shows me have booked in this would free up your receptionists and pt's queuing. Special thanks to Sarah for your help.
